Re: Any members of Scottsdale Gun Club?

I usually head out to Ben Avery to sight in my scope and practice my groupings. I mostly just shoot my hunting rifles and just pace my shots which takes a lot of time. I will shoot my Beretta every once in awhile but I rather just shoot my rifles. I am always in the mood to go up there so PM me.

Re: Any members of Scottsdale Gun Club?

I shoot at Shooter's World on the way home from work sometimes. If I want to shoot my AR or my other long guns, I go out to the south White Tanks about 10 minutes west of me. I haven't been to Ben Avery, but I need to go there to start marching out the range on my 308. It's currently sighted in at 100 yards. I also want to try sporting clays up there. It's just so F'n hot...

ben avery has a 150 and I think a two hundred mark. I've never shot clays there but I've heard it awesome. Yes, it is too damn hot to spend much time outdoors shooting right now. Have you tried mounting a ballistic scope? I just set it up once and use the dashes all the way to 400 yrds.

I do have a pass and as long as I don't abuse the privilege is is pretty much unlimited. Hand gun rentals are free for me, I just gotta buy the bullets. They have a few kimbers there as well, they are rarely cleaned though and don't shoot quite as good as they should. Maybe if you are cute we will make a date. Jk I'm easy...you don't have to be cute.

That was me attempting to be funny, I am married. So don't get any ideas.

**** SGC. Those pricks will rip you off at the drop of a hat. I will NOT do business with them EVER after two failed attempts to purchase firearms and running into bait and switch, differing price quotes, outright lies about what was in stock, inaccurate wait times, new tax rates after the sale, etc. Coupled with a dishonest staff and snotty attitudes....they can suck my ****.

Ditto!!!

Arrogant, rip off artists. When they asked to speak to me without my kids standing near me I knew I didn't want to deal with them ever again. I won't go back, and I've advised my friends not to go either.
