Lance the non-leader of our-non club said I break stuff....and on a Colorado thread no less....I think I'll have to non-kick his non-leg havin' non-ass out on the non-trail....you hear me boy???
Anyway...the AZFJers have fun more then anything else....so keep stuff happining so if you miss one thing you don't have to wait a month or more for the next shot at meeting up...meet at a house/a bar/a trail/whatever...and any time anyone is thinking of going out..post it...you might just end up with a few more people to run with...or someone to hook your winch to in my case...and I don't break stuff....the damn rocks break stuff...so should I roll out to Co. to run with you guys someday??? Lance or Pullboy(Don) or someone might just come along....Kurt
Burgers, hotdogs, maybe brats. I'll fresh grind some chuck for the burgers, maybe make some brats if I have the time. I'll also have sides and water. BYOB if you desire. I have the "2006 Ultimate Adventure" DVD with the FJ, we can have that playing if anyone wants to watch. If anyone has "two roads" bring it.
I'm close to I-25 and Colorado Blvd. (Iowa & Glencoe) PM me or email at:

so we have an idea of how many.
If anyone wants to bring anything food or drink wise that's great.
I'd like to know: (think about for the meeting)
-what days are best for people doing trail runs: sat, sun, or if anyone can do weekdays (Please someone say they can do weekdays).
-what days are good for mod days, if anyone needs help, etc
-trail suggestions, with difficulty levels.
-travel times, esp in the winter, that we might go visit our friends in AZ, etc.
-I think we want it to be FJ centric, but not snobbish or exclusive (get down here Ric, and anyone else). At the moment my best offroad buddies all have Jeeps, and some just have hiking shoes.
Also, would anyone want to go on a run Sunday the 26th? (red cone was mentioned, I think that would be great)
Sorry everyone...mother in-law is in town this weekend. I'm out til next time...

#1- A mid-week evening get together at a spot somewhere in metro Denver
#2- An inaugural trail run on a weekend
For the trail run, I propose Mt. Bross... 14,172 feet.. awesome scenery and side attractions... 2500 year old trees... Good trail for non-heavily modded rigs...
AGREED
meeting #1 we can get to know what works best for everyone regarding trail ratings, scheduling, etc...
meeting #2 we can review what was discussed at #1 for those that missed it (plus do it here on the forums)
and lets face it, no schedule is going to be perfect for the whole group we just need to put enough variety in it so everyone can make it often.

And let's bump this so everyone sees it.

Right On Leo!
The next one can be my house (unless its too far south, but i am willing)
I FOR ONE WOULD LOVE TO HELP FOLKS MOD so count me in for mod'in parties, sry its selfish i bring virtually no mechanical skills but i want to learn, and at a minimum could help lift heavy stuff... lol
I can do weekday nights (usually)
Saturdays morning or evening
NO SUDAYS for me, sry
and as a consultant i do find myself between gigs from time to time, and when that happens i can do a weekday meet or trail run, its not super often but not totally uncommon.
WOO HOO! I am excited lets keep this rock a rollin'
so, bring her.. just crack the window in the FJ and we'll check her every once in a while...
LOLOL...I wish. I MIGHT be able to come down for a bit, I'll have to find a way to weasle out of some things.
