Front Range FJs & Friends Club Gathering

Let's get together and get this club off the ground. The Arizona crew is putting us to shame. Bring non FJers as well.

Fisrt things first, when is the best time for people to get together? Please respond to the poll and we'll get this thing going.

For the first meeting, I am really open, but if we are just having a meeting then I would rather have it on a weekday. Unless we are going to have a trail run as part of all meetings then mornings would be better over the weekend.

Thanks for setting this up. We talked about it Sat, but I haven't been able to follow up.

Our first problem is I think those of us in the Metro area would like a mid week evening, that way we don't have to use a weekend off day to meet. However, for many, like jwh86, since he's up in grand county, can probably only make it on a weekend. (yes I voted for Weekday) but it may be good to have the first get together on a weekend. then work on reoccurring dates if it's only get togethers, or on weekends if like CO-Jeff said, we are actually doing runs. First meet I think we should just get together.

My brothers restaurant is at I-25 and Castle Rock Parkway, he offered to give us a discount/set something up if we wanted to do it Mon-Wed night, or Sat lunch. Their normal prices are a little HIGH.

My offer of just having it at my house (near i-25/colorado blvd) is still open, we can grill dead animals and people can bring beer/tea/soda of their choice. Just I'm single, so my furnishings are pretty sparse.
Yes we can't let the AZ crowd make us look bad (we can look bad on our own!!!)

Hehe. Keep in mind, we're just a crew. No official club status... besides a logo, sponsorship at the Summit, t-shirts, banners, potential rig flags and THE BEST PLACES TO WHEEL BETWEEN MEXICO AND CANADA!!

Would be nice to have clubs invite out of state clubs to come wheeling in different terrain. You guys interested in seeing what AZ has to offer? I'm sure we could be enticed to come see some more of the Rockies!

Good luck setting it all up and hope to see a logo on here real soon. (BTW, I do logos)

I think we know nothing at this point. That's why we need the first meeting, to get to know everyone, and see what everyone wants to do. Some may just want people to run with, others may want to gather, others may want to help people mod (or people help them mod). We just kinda need to start, then go from there. (after that we'll convoy to AZ to visit Todd & co)
