Re: AZFJ: Labor Day party feeler...

Hey Ed what'cha thinking?
If you still are a go for Sunday @ 2pm then I will make my run for Sunday am and we will just go to your place on the way back
If you are going for Monday then I will post the Sedona Run for a full day with lunch in town and maybe Rock Springs for desert
Just let us know so we can plan our play and parties
Thanks again for the fiesta offer

Re: AZFJ: Labor Day party feeler...

Sorry guys, I was up North so I missed all of this.

Kurt: Thats why I started thinking about it being on Sunday rather than Monday cuz I didn't know if I'd be working or not.

Well, we're game for either, I'm still thinking it'd be best on Sunday tho as recovery days are always nice. I haven't looked at the Sedona thread yet, so I'll have to look that up.

How about we plan for Sunday afternoon until whenever? I'm literally 10-15 minutes from I-17, just go West at the Carefree exit. You guys can take you're time on the trail and come whenever you get back. Even if you guys didn't get to our house til late, it'd be ok. Stop in for a snack, ritas and a dip in the pool before heading home.

I'm totally flexible though, if the majority of people don't want to come on Sunday because of the run, then Monday is fine, but I say just take your time on the run and then relax at our house.

Enough said! Sunday afternoon it is! I think we have a fantasy football draft at 2..........takes a ridiculously long time (at least for me...I have ADD).....maybe Dan can change it.

Will anyone else have kids there??????

Re: AZFJ: Labor Day party feeler...

Come after the draft, I know how those things go...good luck too.

No idea about kids, but everyone is welcome.

Also the pool goes from 3'-5'-3' so if the little ones aren't the best swimmers you may want to bring something to prevent them from drowning. Although, I'm sure lots of folks will be around keeping an eye on things, but theres no gate up around the pool or anything. We do have lots of balls and junk to toss around in the pool. And I have this cool blue dye to make it look all purty.

Kobe (my son) swims like a fish. He'll be fine! I'll let you know what time for sure we will be there as the days get closer.

Re: AZFJ: Labor Day party feeler...

Hey Ed,
After rescheduling the Tucson run to the 16th I never posted anything for Sunday the 2nd and unless there is a huge outpowering of protest I more than likely won't run Sedona that day...your party will be enough
So if your details are pretty firm can you update your first post so folks have all the info in 1 place...so we can make it to your place
Looking forward to some fun with friends..
Thanks for making this happen..
