I don't think they are. Probably by the end of the month though.
Monarch offered a mil pass last year for $99, the keystone/a-basin pass was $149 last year as well.

I got the mil pass "Liberty Pass" last year. I am thinking about getting the all mountain pass this time, unless work gets them this year.
