Will you be going on the Copper Creek run Kurt? if what type of camera will you bring (manufacture, model)?
Yes I would sure like to be there...is this an invite???....but the camera I have would most likely be concidered disposable in your world...it's a Kodak 6.1 mega pix digi that looks like a real camera....I dabled in developing black and white in college and loved it....but life got in the way of pursuing it....

Re: AZ Ghosttowns

well crap, i missed all the conversation today, but if there's still room - I'd love to go, especially if its a photo taking trek.

My other rig is:
Canon 20D
Canon 17-40mm f/4L USM
Tamron 28-75 f2.8 XR Di LD IF
Canon 50mm f/1.8 II
Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L USM

I'm a bit of a photo nerd only I don't do it enough these days. I wanted to get into wedding photography when I moved to az, only I was having difficulty finding a reliable photographer to assist and learn from. Perhaps, I should have been looking on here.

Re: AZ Ghosttowns

Because there is a lot of interest in a Copper Creek trek, I am starting a Copper Creek thread! It appears there are more people wanting to go than one trip can accommodate, so I will do as many trips as needed if the first goes well! I will get the thread up soon to keep every one informed.

Re: AZ Ghosttowns

I have started a list of people who are going to Copper Creek and the dates. You can see who’s going and when by going to the first post on the Copper Creek thread. If you plan to attend shoot me a PM.

Re: AZ Ghosttowns

Several people have asked if we will be camping on the Copper Creek trek. Absolutely! We will stay the night in the ghost town of Copper Creek! Anyone want to cancel? Lol. Bring what ever you need, Tent, sleeping bag, etc. The ghosts are really cool and like to have a good time. They only torment grumpy folks!

The November trip to Copper Creek is almost full. If you want in you had better hurry! The limit is 6 vehicles or 15 people, which ever come first. The December trip is also still open. See the first post in the Copper Creek thread for information.
