what I did this weekend!

Had a great time! Went camping around Silverton, South Mineral Creek. Friday night was cold, just below freezing. Then did a few trails, like Califonia and Corkscrew. Ended up in Ouray for a late lunch. Back to the camp site, got to hear the trains coming and going.

Then the rain hit. Put out the campfire, so went to bed early. Got up this morning and the creek was raging! Went up to Clear Lake and got snowed on, too cool.

So finally home, got things drying out and the fireplace going here.

Sounds like a good time. Pretty soon there's going to be snow everywhere. We went back out to the Glade today (sunday) found some really fun stuff. Next time we go out I'll give you a call.

Ya, a great weekend! All that was missing was a fine dog.

This was a last minute thing. Got a call just an hour before I left home. Last time up in the mountains this year for sure.
