Re: UT Cruisers Official Decal thread

That arch one is really cool. I'd replace the 4wd badge I have for one of those . What a nice idea.

I really like the Delicate Arch one. I think it would be cool to have it made with chrome accents like the old 4WD emblem. I know some people who could get it made in China for us....plastic with chrome plating. It would be cool for an "emblem" or it could be used as a sticker....

My wife actually has a computerized cutter for her scrapbooking. I got her the computer software for it this last Christmas. Maybe I could scan it in and cut these suckers pretty cheap.....

I'm up for it!
Bob
Bob your an inspiration to us all. I also have access to a vinyl cutter. (it is a foot away from my desk at work). And I will check my plastics sources for costing although I think my lady won't be cheap (due to quantities we would have to order) If you want to try one Bob I can email you a file so you don't have to scan anything. (cutter probably works from .eps files)
I think the plastic emblem would be ideal. I would pay $25+ for one.

I don't mind being a post-whore here, I'm just trying to keep this thing in active topics, so we can get the best feedback possible.

Here is a photoshop of what the Delicate Arch Emblem might look like in plastichrome like the current replacement emblems.

I think I'm going to try a new direction, (not saying I don't like what I've got so far just exploring other options).

I'm all for it! Me and the GF (smigette on here) have been out with Moabrat before and would love to do it again!! So far I'm really diggin' the delicate arch concept. I have no artistic skills at all or else I would be adding more to this thread. Keep up the good work peoples, we're looking forward to spring so we can get out and do some playing!

Ok, I know I'm not one of you, but I feel the love in your decision making and would like to offer a modest suggestion. -- one way to show your support for Utah state government would be to put their emblem on each driver's door. Make them big, make a statement, be proud!

I'm confused, who said anything about supporting our State government? As far as I know this has nothing to do with anything like that.

Uh, yeah, it was an attempt at a joke. I could see the reaction of the Highway Patrol if 50 FJC's were rolling down the interstate with Utah Highway Patrol emblems on the doors.

--but nothing keeps you from doing it just to prove a point to the Highway Patrol! I'm sure that the Utah Highway Patrol has a sense of humor. I have yet to experience it, but I'm sure it's there.

Re: UT Cruisers Official Decal thread

Although I lack the skills to do this myself, here's my concept idea: Take the logo and change the letters to UT CRUISERS using the same font style:

I like both the other ideas as well. I just wanted to throw another idea in the mix.
