Colorado: Ice Racing Time

Take the day off! Call in sick, call in dead, whatever it takes!

We'll be once again hitting the ice on Feb 22nd. For details on Ice Racing, check here:
<< Our Gang Ice Racing // Georgetown, CO >>

The cost should be $5/driver + you have to sign the waiver. It was GREAT fun last time, don't miss this last day on the ice!!

We'll talk about this at the Colorado FJ's gathering this weekend as well.

Hope to see everyone out there!

It's a blast!

We raced a couple of Subarus (lost bad) and a jeep grand cherokee (1/1), but it's MUCH more fun racing other FJ's.

Re: Colorado: Ice Racing Time

IT'S THE MOST FUN YOU'LL EVER HAVE FOR $5...

It was a blast. I was too late to race another FJ, but did great against most of the stockers. The Audi with Blizzaks kicked my butt... Next time I'm gonna try airing down some, the old timers were telling me to go down to about 12psi, I was up around 36.

Just dress warm and have a blast. I think I'll bring lunch this time, and a thermos of something or another...

Shane: 11:00am start??

I think so. We'll probably hit C470 on the south side at about 9:00 or so. I'm sure there will be someplace to meet on I-70.

Re: Colorado: Ice Racing Time

hey guys... I talked to Leo about this.... hey Shane, what do you think about us all getting together afterwards to have something to eat. If I can get a number for who's all going to try showing up, I can arrange something with a local restaraunt. Shall we do a poll?
