Metal shop / weld pro suggestions?

Looking to mod my Allpro bumper and am seeing if anyone has a specific metal shop in the Denver area they've used and recommend.

I'd like to fill the top winch hole and possibly move the two front 5" circular holes farther out. aka cut new holes (hopefully with precision drill/laser) and back fill the old holes.

Anyone know of any solid metal working shops?

You might try these guys...

I know they can do plasma cutting and do a lot of custom off-road work.
