Mountain man you are correct on the meeting place, it is on the west side of c470 right next to the highway, it's the only gas station there.

here is the gps data from the last time i ran it:

according to the log it took 3 hours and 36 minutes, but that was also stopping in the mud pitts and for lunch, it looks like i took a side trail as well

right now its looking like i wont make this one, i still have 2 days left on my ski passes and i am going to do that i think, BTW i was going to go checkout Loch Lomond today but by the time i got to Alice (little town) it was apparent that there was still a fair bit of snow up there so i headed back down... but i want to go up there and do some fishing when it warms a bit
