Is the trail marked accordingly? If not bring your checkbook
That crap doesn't start until July sometime, it's wide open until then, minding tread-lightly principles of course.

Won't know till Sat. if I will be joining you guys or going to the moto-x track with the COTTORA club. My wife has to be at a work party at 1:00. So I will have to watch the little one.
Yea bring em. My 3 year old is coming with me. Wife has to work as well.

This trail is marked quite well, there is a huge sign by the trailhead with the open dates and permissable routes and traffic type, it is one of the few.
The way i see it with this new law is that if it is listed as a NFS road and listed on the NFS website as open it meets thier criteria, or if it has one on those impossible to see NFS markers.
so we tried goin up a couple of trails by where we live...and all 5 we tried we ran into snow drifts 3' tall. I'm sure it'll be better towards Golden...just itchin to go play...ya know!
Yay I'm glad there will be kiddos comin..!

we'll see if it's just drifts it won't be a problem, up until today it's been warm enough that the base should have gone down a bit, heck i'm from Minnesota i can shovel snow like none other (for the large drifts). For some reason i am overly determined to get through this one, it maybe because i'm yet to be able to complete a winter trail. I guess this would be justification for that flame thrower mod

You guys are going to scare Leo away with all this talk of shoveling snow.
