Re: Utah shared shipping

I went ahead and ordered the Demello sliders today after I found out about the sale. They were more expensive than the Trail Gear sliders but I couldn't resist the dropped price on the Demello's.

I am still interested in oredering skids and I really like the Allpro ones but I have heard people with my front coilovers have a hard time getting them to fit right. If any of you are ever interested in ordering the Budbuilts let me know.

You will love the Demmellos Rails. They have been awesome. Super tough and great powder coating on them. I have the All Pro skids and I have the Fox 2.5 suspension and the sway bar rubs on them. I have spaced down the skids about 3/4 of an inch and the still hit on the sway bar over bumps. What suspension are you running?

I am looking forward to giving the Demello sliders a good workout. I am running the Sway Away coil overs that are also 2.5" with a sway bar relocation block. It bums me out about the Allpro skids becasue they seem to be the right weight just not the right fit. I have confirmed that the BudBuilts will fit fine however they are heavy. Is there a big gap on your skids where you put the spacer in and do you worry about it getting snagged/ pulled back? It sounds like even with the spacer its not fitting great. Thanks for the info.

Re: Utah shared shipping

Kasey I have been looking into that as well. I first saw it a forerunner and he has been running them a while so I know it will hold up to my light abuse. Finding it is a bit more difficult form what I found we will have to have it shipped in I have yet to call like TAP plastics and see if they carry it. I have been just soooo busy. I would love to give this a go.

Re: Utah shared shipping

Well, it sounds like we should start looking around on where to buy some of this stuff. It would be soooo much easier to do this as a group. We could get a pattern going and knock a few of these out in no time. Plus, it sounds like if you have the coil overs that are rubbing we could adjust this as needed.
