I agree we need a poll, but (hopefully I don't get strung up for this ) I'm not sure we've seen enough solid entries to vote on yet.

Why not do an official call for entries, with a deadline and then do a poll?

Jackie can we get a routine scheduled meet and greet once a month? Maybe say the first Saturday of the month?

I can definately work on that. Do we want to do it at Stevinson every month or Stevinson every other month and some where else the other months???

Sounds like a great idea. Of course, I have reserves every 1st w/e of the month (unless there is a holiday). I can sometimes make it up there though
