That would probably be better, although if there's a holiday the first week of the month we're usually pushed to the 2nd w/e. That's rare though.

so i have been quieter lately, will be for the next month or so... we are heading into annual review cycle at work... so in addition to my normal duties i have to oversee the annual reviews of about 100 folks that work in my geo... joy, joy...
