Re: Utah Cruisers Run: Great Salt Lake Ghost Towns, May 18th 2008
I'm getting excited!! can't wait to see everyone and everything!
I'm bringing a 4 gal. geri can, and was going to fill it up at the Sinclair. It's the new, flat, geri can from Exp One. I wondered if someone would let me put it on their roof rack, or I may be driving real funny after a while if I have it inside with me.

1. Dim your headlights for approaching vehicles, even if the gun is loaded, and the deer is in sight.
2. When approaching a four-way stop, the vehicle with the largest tires always has the right of way.
3. Never tow another car using panty hose and duct tape.
4. When sending your wife down the road with a gas can, it is impolite to ask her to bring back beer.

Oops, just sent you a PM, please ignore, should have checked here first. So glad you're coming Kathie. I will have one not so fancy can on my roof. I'll bring extra bungees for yours too.

We have some friends coming with their 4runner, so there are 8 rigs now total. Not a bad little group. I never pm-blasted the whole club. Should I pm anyone else we can think of for this one?

How about fj_craig? I would like to see him on a run finally!
Sure, give him a pm with a link to this thread Casey. I'd love to see some new folks out with us too. By the way, I put new batteries in the metal detector, yep, I'm a geek.

Funny, I just PM'ed you back, and now I'm here and see this.
Thanks for the roof space. I keep bungees in the FJ.
Bringing my mom. She LOVES this sort of thing, except for the lack of potty accommodations.

I had a great time, I would be interested in going back up there just to see the parts we couldnt get to and look around in the museum.
I started a pic thread in the trail run/ reports/ pics section. So post em up folks.
