FJ EXPLOSION Colorado

On my way home last night EB c470 from wadsworth to Parker i see 6 Fjs

3 Voodoo, 2 Sun fusion, 1 Cherry.

Today on the way in i see 5 more.

2 blacks, 2 Titaniums 1 Sun Fusion.

25 miles each way.....thats a pretty high ratio!

These things are flying off the lots like crazy here and dealers keep calling me with inventory.
These next 9 months are going to be hard to wait!

Re: FJ EXPLOSION Colorado

I was the first one in the Hood River area of Oregon for months...now we've got 2 Ti's, 1 BC, 2 Voodoo's (besides mine). Mine's the only one around without a rack, though.

Re: FJ EXPLOSION Colorado

I drive my Black Cherry down C470 everyday, typically from H.R. area to the Edge Ice Arena near 470 and Ken Caryl. There are at least two other FJ's in the Edge lot most days.

I had the first one from Burt. The funny thing is I still get groups gathered around the vehicle when I go to the grocery store.

Re: FJ EXPLOSION Colorado

I hear you. Bought mine at Burt as well and everywhere I go it draws attention. Most people think it's a new style Hummer. I have to tell them its a TOYOTA. I am not the uppity type and prefer my FJ over a Hummer any day. Unless it's the type you get while you are driving down the road

Re: FJ EXPLOSION Colorado

There's now two (yellow and grey) accross the street in the lot from where I work in Fort Collins. I was the first though.

Re: FJ EXPLOSION Colorado

In Chicago I see a FJ about once or twice a month. It doesn't happen like that here!

From the title of the thread, I was expecting something spectacular, like the Monty Python sketch:

Mr. Rival, of 5869 Ward Road in Arvada, does NOT wish to be seen...

Re: FJ EXPLOSION Colorado

got mine from burt too. guess they got a hook up on allocations? my colorado springs toyota dealer quoted me 8-12 weeks :-/

there's a black diamond that works where my girlfriend does, see him when i meet her for lunch. i see another voodoo on my way to work sometimes near the house.

i'm working in new jersey this week and in the absence of mountains, i've seen a ton of FJs from the inside of my lame-o rental. also saw a gigantic FJ billboard off the turnpike on the way in from the newark airport...

interestingly one of the guys at the site where i'm working this week is rocking a very nice H1. never thought I'd hear myself saying this, but it's quite nice.
