Re: Toyota's Fj Borla Dual Exhaust System

They look as if they're designed for purely on-road use. From the pictures and video, it appears as though they'd rip off on the first off-road romp. Comments?

They tuck up really close to the rear bumper, I dont think they would cause a problem.

It would have to be a really steep incline to get the tips hung up on something, and if you have a receiver hitch stuck in it, the hitch would hit before the tips would.

from that stand point, I don't think off-roading with this kit would be an issue at all.

Also Toyota takes issues such as this into consideration before they would let them market the kits through TRD.

Re: Toyota's Fj Borla Dual Exhaust System

One thing Borla will do is offer parts to their systems, you can find the parts listed here http://www.trdsparks.com/install/000...RplcmntPcs.pdf

That way if you do happen to bang the kit in an off road adventure then you can get just the part that you "modified" on the rocks and have it replaced....
