they are the same switch, that pic is taken with the switch sitting on the switch harness box, hence the SH on the end of the part number.

So I have some Hella driving lights I'de like to hook up using the factory switch. Will I also need a harness or could I Connect this switch to the Hella relay some other way?

well, if you have the switch and the switch harness, it plugs into the factory wiring for the light in the switch to work. if you get the light harness then it will work with the factory relay in the fuse box. but then it'll work like Toyota wants it to work, not like we want it to work. So with some wiring i think you could get it to work with the hella relay stuff...........

Thanks Mark. so it sounds like I would need switch, switch harness, maybe an add a fuse? Also does Sparks carry the tacoma rocker part#00550-35976? This is the switch with no backlight. This switch may be my easiest route. Not too concerned with backlight as long as "on" light works. There is also a Tacoma switch that does have backlight but I cant find p#......got this one? Hope Im not killin' you with all the q's.

i can get those but i don't have them in stock. 9.88 ish on the switch plus the shipping, but i do not have any harness numbers to go with that Tacoma switch. so i don't know what you would do to get the switch light up when you turn it on.
