Steps

Hey.. Got the steps and fast I might add. The box was "pretty battered", but intact. The endcaps of the steps on one end to a-bit of a beating, however. They're smooshed and the powder coating is abraded a little, but the steps do not appear to be bent. Is it possible to get a couple of new endcaps? Thanks Ron

Damaged

Folks... I took the steps out of the box tonight and they are in fact damaged. I have photos if you would like to take a look. The box has additional tape wrapped around it, don't know when this happened, but is not punctured. One of the steps has a dent and the end caps and powdercoat is amiss on the end of the box that had the most damage. The dent and damage is not bad, but I didn't pay for damaged stuff. How do you want to handle this, replacement or refund? Thanks Ron

Looks like they might have been damaged and reshipped, considering all the extra tape. If you want to ship a new set out, I'll keep the two best ones and send the other two back. You have my card number..

Re: Steps

Hi Ron,

the first ones were shipped FedEx, I think UPS will do a much better job at shipping those things than the other guy. I hope we got you fixed up! if not give me a shout and we'll get it handled as fast as possible.

i do not get email notifications on a regular basis, so hit me direct if you need me.

Mark
