Well, the bottom of the 8th did it in for the M's!!!
Manny's dinger gave the M's an 8-7 loss.... Hard to beat the BoSox in Fenway, it was a close game at least. But what does close give you....... another notch in the "L" column!!!!

Sunday's lost.... a shut out..... I thought here we go again!!!!
But the umps bailed out the M's last night!!! Willie was out at 2nd base, but was called safe!!! He then scored the tying run!!!! Then Adrian knocked out the winning dinger in the top of the 9th....... JJ Putz (gotta love a guy who grew up with the name of Putz!!!!) is 7 for his last 7 in the save department. I hope the M's can keep this up!!!!!

As of right now the M's are in first place!!!! OK, Clevland and the Angles are tied right now, BUT the M's ARE IN FIRST PLACE!!!!!!! With the victory over Detroit tonight..
