Congrats to bernd, jwh86, WZRDofAZ and Flymatic Jester for going 6-0 last week. The NY Giants collapse and Arizona overtime choke knocked just about everyone else from having perfect weeks. Pittsburgh out-sloshed the Dolphins 3-0 on a last minute field goal or there would have been only 1 perfect pick for the week. Looks like another tough week of picks coming up with the Thursday Green Bay/Dallas game looking like the biggest toss-up of them all. Hopefully, you have the NFL network or you could miss a great game. Going 6-0 this week is going to be tough go, good luck to all.

What a difference finally picking a perfect week makes....sorry 4xx4 I have to rub in the perfect week because I doubt it will ever happen again!! But, damn that jump in standings from week 12 to 13 that is just sweet.

I guess the only solid pick seems to be NE over Balti, but even picking that game things don't seem like they will go as seems...both teams play great on MNF.
All the other games seem evenly matched...it will be tough to get above .500 on picks this week I think.

Heres my take on some of the games.
NE-Baltimore. NE, lock of the week. Pitt-Cincy. Pitt has looked really bad the last 2 weeks, Cinci coming off a big win over a tough team, Tennessee. Looking like a game to avoid to me. Dallas-Green Bay. Green Bay has a bunch of injuries, Dallas is at home, but are you going to bet against Favre? San Diego-KC. KC is improving, although coming off a loss to Oakland. Which San Diego team will show up? Tampa-New Orleans. Could be the best game of the week. I have no idea who will win this one. Buffalo-Washington. Washington is the better team, but the death of Sean Taylor makes this a game to avoid. Miami-NY Jets. Looks like Miami's best chance of the year for a win, if they can find a healthy running back. Houston-Tenn. Tenn. just got trounced by Cinci, a fluke? San Fran-Carolina. Carolina looks like they have packed it in for the season, San Fran coming off a good but lucky win at Arizona, anyone brave enough to pick San fran? Atl- St. Louis. Heads or tails? Cleveland-Arizona. Can Arizona choke 2 weeks in a row? Cleveland is playing pretty good though.....If you go 6-0 this week, buy a lottery ticket.

And I correct myself to say Favre Jr. instead of Favre2. And I do it with a great deal of respect for Brett and his accomplishments. There are a few similarities to their approach to the game. And it's no secret that Romo idolizes him. Heck, we all should. He's one tough act.
This is one hard week to get 5, let alone 6. Keep posting the cheerleading pics. It keeps us humble and grounded to reality.

Romeo has the foundation to have a great career, but in the NFL you never know what will happen....is Romo doing so good because of the players around him and/or is it the system??...and what will happen if those factors change??...either way, if you are a Cowgirl fan enjoy the moment who knows how long it will last!

Same thing can be said about quite a few players. Only a handful are truly elite football players. Give it two more years and we'll see were Romo sits.
