Pure luck on my part guessing which games to avoid. Since I have a 130 point lead, the only way for me to lose is to go 0-6. Actually, I'd be better off not even picking, then I'd just get a *.
We're still going for broke though, everyone PM your picks to me, thanx for the offer Beaterbop, but with a 130 point lead, I promise I won't copy anyones picks. Please get your picks in before the weekend if at all possible, I'll hound the procrastinators after Thursday. After this weeks games, I'll post for the first week of the playoff pool. Hope everyone sticks with it, and hopefully we can pick up some strays from the board also as I'll open it up to all once again. The playoff format will be as follows:
Week #1
Pick the winner of each game and assign a unique point value of 5, 10, 15, or 20. If you get the game right, you get the points. No deduction for losing the game. Week #1 is worth 50 points total.
Week #2
Pick the winner of each game and assign a unique point value of 25, 30, 35, or 40. If you get the game right, you get the points. No deduction for losing the game. Week #2 is worth 130 points total.
Week #3
Pick the winner of each game - worth 50 points each. Also, pick the 1st TD (15) and 1st FG (10) for each game. Week #3 is worth 150 points.
SUPER BOWL
Pick the winner (100 points). Also, pick the OVER/UNDER (20), 1st TD (20), 1st FG (10), 1st PENALTY (10), and 1st TURNOVER (10). Week #4 is worth 170 points.
Highest total after all 4 weeks is the winner. 500 points possible.
