I am not so sure the BCS really let any team down. I watched so many games and firmly believe that there was only 1 other team that could have played LSU any better, and that would have been UGA. But you can't have 2 SEC championship games in one year! Although the SEC was by far the most difficult conference to play in this year.
The thing to remember is LSU was pretty beat up at the end of the season. The time between games insured that they would be 100%, and back to being nearly unstopable!
Buckeyes played a good game, but came up short yet again.
