The better team won. The Giants pressured Brady all game long. The Giants O-line did a hell of a job protecting their QB. What a second effort by Manning. What a great helmet catch by Tyree.

The team of destiny came up 35 seconds short.

What a game. I've been around for all of them. Have watched everyone since 1972. This game goes down as one of the best ever.

Giants are the Champs. They played as one.

Too bad (for "history") that the Pats and Brady didn't win, but the Giants' defense did a great job of keeping Brady off balance and the game close so that the Giants' offense could win it. I felt that the Pats left too much time on the clock when they scored the go ahead TD w/2:42 left in the game. The Pats' defense had several chances to stop Manning on the final winning drive, including one near interception and one near sack, but they came up short. It wasn't pretty, but it was an exciting game and the Giants definitely earned it.

Oh well ... at least my GF (originally from NYC) was very happy, which entitled me (as a 49er fan) to certain non-partisan benefits.

Hoist one to the Giants and their true fans(bandwagon jumpers suck!). I didn't really care who won, if Pats had won then that would have been cool to see some history made, and with the Giants winning kudos to them for winning 11 straight road games, now thats impressive!

The Giants beat the Patriots, but I also see it that Belichick lost it for New England also. 4th and 13, not going for the FG???..bad call. And the TD at the end was bchicks fault also, he calls the defensive plays, he called an all out blitz leaving Burress(6'4"?) one on one against their CB who is only 5'9"....wow so much for being a great "mastermind" that could develop the greatest game plan given 2 weeks.

Oh yeah... mad props to Jelopy for putting this thing together throughout the season and post season!!! Thanks
