That was a nasty finish. Bad decision and poor shooting allowed the score to get closer then it needed to be. Refs were iffy the last couple of games. Last game, they were letting the players be physical. This game, was just strange. I could tell the announcers were annoyed. I didn't see the game, but could definitely feel the frustration of the announcers. Kobe, as aggressive as he is, had very few free throws in this series.

Kobe played like a rookie on that 2nd to last series for the Lakers. It was so frustrating that he shot up such a contested shot with basically the entire 24 second clock left. And, the frigging 3s!!!! I was getting flashbacks of Utah game 6.
Yeah, what's up with the 3s? I had to listen to the game and all I heard were the missed 3s. At least the Lakers were not hoisting them up like Spurs! So those that watched the game, was the refereeing that bad?

Even though the number of FT attempts were decidedly in favor of the Spurs, I don't think the refs called too bad a game. That last non call w/Fisher fouling Barry, yes fouling, was probably the only truly controversial one.
The Lakers were giving up 3s at the end just like they did against Utah...frustrating.
That and Pau missing both free throws. They announcers were saying that Fisher's miss actually hit the rim before it landed on Horry and went out of bounds. If that's the case, Lakers could've had another 24 seconds. Lakers survived. I liked how they didn't give up the lead despite the poor play.

yea, fishers last shot definetly hit the rim and the barry shot should of been a no call just like it was. I just hope they come ready to play at home with that killer instinct
