Yeah, I'd like to get rid of Lamar too. Who could we trade for though? He's just seem lazy...
Lamar should flourish with gasol and bynum. For all his faults,he is one hell of a rebounder. Only thing I see being a problem is he cant guard the faster small forwards,but that goes for him down low on the other end also. The lakers need to step up tonight since they choked the game away to the hawks the other night, hopefully Kobe's finger is better, he ha sshot terribly the last two games
The only thing that could make this better is once Bynum us back and healthy, we trade with Phoenix and let Kobe and Shaq resume thier love affair with their egos and we get a real team player here to return the Lakers to their championship ways.
Sorry, but even though they should be among the favorites for the western conference championship, I am fully confident that Kobe will screw it up since the attention wont be on him alone anymore.

the thing about snaq that i cant stand is he is super lazy. He should of been the best center ever but he is too lazy. I f he starts playing better with phoenix then it just proves my point even more.

Let's trade him straight up for Nash!
Never happen of course, but I guarantee Nash could win with this line up. I think the six point game the other night was pretty good proof that the team can win without a 30 point scorer at guard. Kobe had the hurt finger so I understand why he only got six but he didn't really do anything else and they won handily.
Just curious, do you think Andrew Bynum thinks he is a good teammate after the things Kobe said last summer? Would you like to play with someone that as soon as they get in trouble with the cops the first thing out of their mouth is that you do this all the time and get away with it? I don't expect anyone to openly criticize him on his own team, they have to put up with his scowling and pouting if he is unhappy with them in any way.
I personally think that the real reason the Lakers could not get any deals done before was the players they were after had trade approval and said all the right things in the media but didn't want to come here and play with Kobe. Gasol just didn't have the leverage to say no and playing in Memphis is not exactly the most fun in the world either.

Could not agree more. Shaq and Kobe could have won three more championships by now. Even with just the half hearted effort he gave in Miami he showed he was still capable of changing games.
