yeah, he's a reasonably good 3rd or 4th guy
(but it is important to have those guys even if you have Duncan's and Parker's on your team)

Gasol's been shooting at around 60% the last 5 games. Odom's flourishing as well. Points down a few, but assists and rebounds have gone up.

They are looking good. It feels like 03-04 (aside from the finals choke) or 01-02 (even better) again.
You've got to think that a Lakers-Celtics finals would be the greatest thing for the NBA - boost viewership, etc. No offense to whereever the Spurs and Cavs come from (villages in eastern Europe or somewhere??), but having classic teams from cities people have heard of will really get people watching again...
