First cup series win

Well, it took Rowdy to do it, but Toyota now has a win. I expect many more this season. Ron

It took awhile for Toyota to get going, but I agree, they will win several more races this year!

Re: First cup series win

Do you ever sit back and wonder just how much stuff on that car is actually "Toyota"?

Re: First cup series win

It was quite a race with lots of slipping around. I don't think he could have won it if Edwards hadn't blown up, but nice to see Toyota on top.

About has much as is Chevy, Ford or Dodge on their cars. Even though NASCAR started out has a production series, there is really nothing production about it anymore.

Re: First cup series win

Sure.. I suspect about as much as is Chevy on the Hendrick cars; probably only a few castings! There's a thread here regarding the TRD "shop" that works with the NASCAR engines. .. Ron

Re: First cup series win

Kyle is on a "mission". He'll be in the winners circle or the hospital I expected Tony to be the first real winner for Toyota, but Kyle is just all over the place. Like DW said "he's the only driver out there that can go three wide, by himself". Everyone is "sort-a" just trying to stay out of his way.. Ron
