1) surprisingly you don't need that much room. The plyometrics routine requires you to jump around but and cover some distance but thats about it.

2) Seems like the longest video is maybe an hour. But they chat and take some breaks here and there. Once you run through the routine a few times you can FF and cut that time down.
Have you completed the program? I just did Plyo for the first time today and was surprised at how little space needed...I didn't even need to move our coffee table...I think Monster Truck Tires took the most room.

Sounds a lot like my husband...he was creeping up to about 240 at 6'2...started running, doing lots of push ups/abs, and some basic lifting w/just a set of 20's and he's down to a solid 185. I was already active (running, swimming, Tae Bo, Yoga, etc) for 5-7 days of the week, but have the appetite of a 21 year old frat boy , so I wasn't as toned as I'd prefer...

Since we're both already fit (test in the superior range for VO2 max), we just wanted something to mix it up andkeep us motivated. Plus, DH works about 60-80 hours per week, so we needed something he could do at home.

So far, we're both liking it....hopefully, we'll see some results! We're not expecting anything too drastic because we don't plan to follow their nutrition plan (but we do plan to eat sensibly), but I'd like to lose a couple of inches and tone up...we'll see!
