Re: Gerber LMF II Review

Here's what we carry on our key rings. That way we have them in any car we happen to be riding in (as long as we don't forget our keys of course).

Emergency hammer, car escape tool, keychain rescue tool, auto escape tool, centerpunch, ResQMe, Resqme

I have one of those too.
I bought four off of Amazon, and gave one to my youngest son for Christmas.

Thanks for sharing. Much better than the hammer, which requires space to swing hammer.

A REP for you, if we still track those.

I really like my LMF II, it hangs right on the back door where I can easily get to it for all sorts of jobs...still stays pretty sharp despite all the abuse!

i was almost there. saw one yesterday in the knife shop on pier 39 in San Francisco. almost did it, but then saw a oh so pretty benchmade. the bob lum designed dejavoo. G10 scale handles, titanium liners, s30v steel, phosphor bronze washers, black coated blade. just an absolute work of art. smoothest knife i have ever used. if you havent seen it, check one out in person. if anyone wants some pictures of the actual knife, let me know.

Re: Gerber LMF II Review

Looking into getting an LMF, I've found some good buys on the black and brown ones. I really want the green one, but they are a little harder to find and seem to be more expensive.

Those little tools are cool too, definitely have to look into one of those as well.
