Combo pack review/quality/resolution

I just installed mine. The idea/concept is great. It had some quality issues. I emailed the company to resolve them. I'll wait to hear the response before posting the results.

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with. I sent them a picture of the defective part, a new one was in the mail. Thanks for the fast response.
