What did you use to mount that torch in the middle of the door?
The Surefire torch (good name!) was mounted using a mount from a local store (MGcukin's) desinged for mini-Maglites. It's a tight fit but it does work, and the quality is standard/ok. And the Surefire is SO muh better than any maglite that I am more than willing to sacrifice fit for usability.

Also:

Mounting the powertank was a PITA. I found that self-drilling screws + thick washers made a serious mounting benefit.
