I see lots of switches labeled SPST, DPST, etc. Are these the same for use with 12v auto? Or do I need automotive switches? It seems there are more choices if I can use.

They work great, require slight trimming of the switch panel, but you can still reuse the blank covers if you ever remove them.

SPST = Single Pole Single Throw

DPST = Double Pole Single Throw

DPDT = Double Pole Double Throw

Not too sure how you wire a "DPST or DPDT" but that's what they stand for.

I am looking into the Jeep Decals Jeep White Face Gauges Jeep Decals TJ YJ CJ Wrangler Indiglow and Jeep XJ Cherokee Glow sets switches for my Black Magics and train horns, but I have no clue how to wire them. They only offer the Double Pole in Single or Double Throw.

Is it possible to wire these up for my train horns? All the switch does is interfere the power...

A more specific answer will require a bit more information about what it is that you are trying to wire up

Those are the switches that are only Double Post! Can you wire these up as a power interference?? I want to be able to use these switches for my on board air. Thanks Cruz
