Auto here. Drafting and coasting obviously greatly increase the MPG ave.

Crapping and vomiting would greatly decrease your MPG due to an increased TP=Throttle Position and thus more gas being used to get home ASAP.

Even with 5 people, towing a 14 foot trailer with 2 quads, 275 70/17's, a lift, extra weight from all the crap I've put on this truck, uphill, against the wind this truck still doesn't get 10 mpg. You're doing something wrong or you're leaking gas.
