if money was no object I would get Atlas CPC-1000. I am sure this is the future of InDash units. I could have Stereo/DVD/Nav Topos and 3D/Internet/ScanGage and any other PC app, all in one unit. It be 3-4 years before it becomes main stream and reasonably priced. Until then I will have to settle for a Stereo/DVD/Nav unit...

Yep...very cool...appeals to my uber-geek side, but is waaaaay too much $ (unless you know of some pace that sells it for a comparably priced double-din DVD/CD/mp3/Nav/BlueTooth stereo unit?).
I have spent half my vacation cruising Car Audio shops. I have ruled out the Panasonic because it doesn't have HD radio, no outbound bluetooth calls, and wait really drove the nail in the coffen was that lack of support for the steering wheel controls. I am now leaning towards getting a Kenwood DNX7100 or waiting for the new releases this summer. It supports everything I want, as Mtbcoach pointed out that I could edit coordinates on saved waypoints. I did lack map details compared to the Pioneer AVIC-Z2, it that it listed many of the National Forest roads as "Road" where the Z2 with provide the road number. However the UI in Kenwood was much better to identify roads since it didn't display waterways (creeks, streams). I am still shopping so if anyone has suggestions, please post up...
