OK ALL... Found out a few things on the wifes situation...

It seems to be a combination of things...

The passing out/loss of blood pressure and such they found out that she is a diabetic (good to find out now)...

The numbness in the arm seems to be from work. She works in a hospital, and now remembers lifting a patient and feeling a little something in her neck. She went to a chiropractor (friend of the family) and he was able to isolate the vertebrae where there is some swelling...

So now, I New Diet to stay on and some help with her neck, all should be fine, well, fine as possible...

Thanks Again for all the well wishes, They Worked !!! Its a hell of allot better than they first were thinking, heart or stroke...
