I'm almost positive I blew my running lights/parking lights fuse but I cannot find out what fuse this is. Am I just completely missing it or is it linked with something else?

There is a fuse for it in the engine compartment. I have a diagram for it at home. I'll post it later for you.

Actually it was a 10amp in the box inside. I think it was under 'taillights' or something that kinda involved the running lights but didn't directly say it. Thank you but I solved this one all on my own
Glad you fixed it. I was going to suggest the one under the hood labled "DRL".
The DRL has nothing to do with the Running lights. If the DRL fuse is dead, then the DRL relay can never switch from DRL resistor to GND. Meaning, your lights would always stay in DRL mode. That is why, removing either DRL resistor or DRL relay does not disable DRLs!
Was it fuse #37 that fixed your issue? In the owner's manual that one is listed in the circuit for tail lights, license plate lights, parking lights, instrument panel light control, and "illuminations."
