Thumbs up Which Rear View Camera Has The Best Picture!

Would like to know which back up camera has the best picture, night, day, rain, glare problems?
Eclipse BEC105, Pioneer ND-BC1, or others.

Re: Which Rear View Camera Has The Best Picture!

I have the Pioneer ND-BC1 and it's pretty good day or night. My camera is inside of the FJ at the top of the rear door so the rain or snow isn't a problem because I'll turn on the wiper.

Re: Which Rear View Camera Has The Best Picture!

I had the BEC105 and it was horrible! I admit that my expectations were probbaly too high. Tons of purple/red fringing around contrasting colors and lots of distortion of the image as you moved out towards the outside of the image. It did do the job though. If you are expecting to see people in their cars and read license plates, then you will be disappointed.

I now have the ND-BC1 but it isn't installed yet. Hopefully this weekend.
