Terk XM Direct for FJammer

I just installed the Terk XM Direct for the FJammer. Works with the SAT button on the FJammer, and steering wheel controls too. Took about 30 minutes to install. Costs much less than what the dealer is asking for. Sounds great also. The Terk model number for the FJ Cruiser is XMDTLK. Enjoy!

Re: Terk XM Direct for FJammer

Sounds CD quality to me. I have had XM since 2003 and have always hard wired my units. This one is the best sounding so far.

Re: Terk XM Direct for FJammer

Update : After having it in my FJ for a couple days, I have to say I am impressed. It is louder than FM and very clear. When I go to FM I have to turn it down to match the volume of XM. There are three SAT selections, ( SAT1, SAT2, SAT3), so a total of 18 presets can be had. Best mod I have done so far.

sweet!

one thing though...volume settings are held independently between settings, so if you left FM at 50 and turn to SAT and lower it to 20...when you go back to FM it will be 50 again.

anyway..thank you for posting this. I'm getting one

Hahah.. didnt even notice that. I'll try leaving them at the same setting and see if there are any differences.

If you dont mind, may I ask where you are purchasing it from? I got mine from XMfanstore.com, they seemed to have the lowest price around.
