8" Subs in the Doors?

I have a set of Kicker Comp 8" subs that I used in my Celica GTS for the front doors, and I have test fitted them in the FJ and It will work, has anybody done this yet? I'm just not sure how it will sound yet, I also have a set of Focal Polyglass 4" mid tweet set that i was planning on mounting in the top of the dash where the factory front tweeters are. My current temporary setup is just a set of Boston SX 6x9 in the front on Kenwood deck power. I have a ton of stereo equipment laying around but I dont have much time to do it yet. I should have it all done the way I want by spring.

Re: 8" Subs in the Doors?

Shouldn't be a problem. Kicker had an FJ in their SEMA booth two weeks ago with Comp 10's in the doors.
