Inverter Questions

If your vehicle wasn't equipped with one, do they have a "hack" like the atrack for the install?

If a hack isnt possible, is there a 12v source in the right rear where you could install an after market inverter? or do you need to run a 12v line?

Re: Inverter Questions

I remember some one putting the stock oem inveter into there Fj and it wasn't wearth the trouble he had the hardest time finding the right wires and getting everything hooked up right. I would recomend getting an after market one and putting it in were ever you want. I plan on doing this in the future and will put it in the back like the oem is and also add a 12v outlet in the back as well. I will do a little searching for you and see if I can find the post

Easy to use a plug in inverter. Unless you have a daily need for one.

Re: Inverter Questions

I put an inverter into my FJ and wrote it up. Do a search for "400w inverter installation" and you'll find it. It's working great so far.
