kenwood 8017 install

I have had a few requests on my install so here are some pics of my 5.1 dts, dolby digital system. i have a rear view cam mounted in my hitch cover, two four channel amps. I used a breakout cable to run my audio rca's to the back and video from the back to the front. I put am a/v input above my power outlet to run video and audio back to the headunit from a tv, xbox, etc. The tv gig works great at tailgates. I also ran my dash speakers as my center, used a rca y cable to split the rca off of the head unit. i bridged two of the the channels for my sub. i used focal speakers with a 10" polk sub. this system sounds amazing and the video quality is great. here are some pics.

Re: kenwood 8017 install

Thanks for the pics and the info. I really appreciate your input. I ended up going with the Pioneer AVIC-Z1. The last NEW 8017 I could find was #$%^& sniped away from me on ebay while I was on a biz trip. I suck at ebay... All I could find was refurbished units. The Z1 goes in tomorrow.

Thank you again.
