Factory Sub Upgrade

I have read until I'm crosseyed about upgrading the factory sub with a real sub like a Kicker,JL or what ever and it seems that it doesn't make much improvement when used the factory amp. So now will someone who has run, say a 200 watt amp to a good 8" sub in the factory box let us know if it's worth messing with?

Re: Factory Sub Upgrade

Give us 2 days and we will have an 8" sub package availible, we are just doing the finishing touches on it and will have some pics very soon. We're thinking sub+box $299ish ($199 for box $99 sub), +200watt amp ($150-$200) A nice package for someone who just wants some bass. They box will be very stealthy in the factory location.

Re: Factory Sub Upgrade

Jt's Cruiser do you ship or sell up to Canada. I'm interested and there is local shop that does sick work. I'm just a really big fan of the clean, smooth and near factory look. Factory in the sence of how it should have come out. I hate the hack and wack install shops.
