Smile parked next to a H-3 today...

this isn't a rant on the H-3 but I parked next to one today, and the windshield is at almost the same angle as the FJ. Not to be outdone, the H-3 had numerous chips and pits, so we are not alone in our quest for a better piece of glass.

it also has the rabbit stance and a similar face. Please don't turn this into a hate-Hummer thread. About 6 months ago some Hummer owners were actually coming on here and being incredibly friendly and inviting FJ owners to come along in some of their club meets. Very respectable

No hate here. It is just the first time that I have had an opportunity to see one up close and next to my rig. Our area gets it's share of ice and snow, so what they call sanding is more like rocking. We get beat up pretty good around here.

Re: parked next to a H-3 today...

I think the H3 is a nice vehicle. I would consider buying one. I actually test drove it and got turned off on the size of the rear seat. Its smaller then the FJ inside. I havent seen one off road yet...

And just to make it relevant to the category, the H3 does include a stereo system.

Re: parked next to a H-3 today...

I havent seen one mod'ed up for off roading yet. I see a lot of crome in LA. I did see an H2 that looked killer. I heard a rumor that they will be making the majority of the line by 2011 Hybrid or alt fuel, when that happends... I'll pick one up.

Bostonian,

Way to set the tone for this thread. You've earned "extra good' moderator points. I agree, there is no need to hate. We have all joined this forum to celebrate the FJ in various ways. Just because another has made a different choice in vehicles doesn't make them any less of a person. Way to go!
