Lightbulb Help - Squiggles... left or right?

I bought OEM switches for overhead front and rear lighting as well as switched DRL's. I begin the wiring tomorrow AM and realized that I forgot two items.

1. The OEM switches show a lamp with squiggles (a representation of light shining). In a factory install do these squiggles point left or right? I only find one photo on this forum but would like to hear from someone that had one of these switches installed from the factory. I know how lame that sounds but for the $$$ I paid for OEM I want them pointing the right way.

For the record I think they point left as shown below:

This is the switch in question and the photo from this forum:

2. Can any person who has installed one of these switches confirm what I have read about the four terminals available for wiring? Most of what I know about these switches come from this post:

IPF ARB Bumper Fog Light Install with Toyota OEM Switch

Here is my problem. As I don't have one of these switches installed from the factory, I do not know if the switch light is illuminated like the other switches when the headlights are on OR if it illuminates when you turn the switch on indicating that your fog/accessory lights are on.

I have a second battery installed. I will be wiring these lights to the second battery and available even when the key is off. With that in mind I want to be sure to illuminate the switch in the same manner the OEM's are.

Thanks.

Mine is also on the left. To provide illumination on the switch when you turn on the lights (park or headlight), I spliced the (Toyota OEM switch) 3rd position green wire to the Light Control Rheostat (dial switch), see FJ Cruiser eletrical diagram, page 316.
