Now that's custom.

When we 1st started making FJ boxes we figured people would be happy with single 10" and 12" boxes, painted mostly sometimes carpeted.
Well, apparently forum member are a little demanding and a little creative, and came up with some great ideas that have worked great, inspiring us to do line-x boxes, textured boxes, dual boxes, and of course now the single and dual 8" sub boxes.
And then people get really creative, but we'll try almost anything, at least once, so here is the latest creation. Someone calls, someone asks, and you get a Red carbon fiber textured vinyl wrapped dual 8 box

I think these things are going to look hot in the FJ, and the 4 8s should hit really hard and clean.

What's the price of that puppy? I'm thinking of going for a red theme inside my FJ and really like the looks of that. Get pics posted once it's installed!!

Re: Now that's custom.

For pics in the vehicle you'll have to wait a few days for the customer to post them

As for price the 8" dual or single trunklined box is $200, finished with vinyl probably about $250-$270

Re: Now that's custom.

the box looks good. i dont know about the red vinyl, but whatever the customer wants. speaking of little baby woofers, i think i am going to end up with six DD 6.5"s ported or three DD 8"s ported in the long run.

Don't like the red, but something closer to the stock interior color would be nice.

when i have enough time to finish up my car (its definitly an installers car, half finished and always in the middle of stuff), i will wrap some of the stuff in the same material the headrests are wrapped in. i think i am going to do the headliner in the same material, and i want to paint the upper panels black/grayish to match.
