Firmware upgrade available for Garmin Quest 2

Last night I noticed that Garmin has released firmware version 3.00 for the Quest 2 units. Even though it has an April date it was only released in the last day or so because the latest version available last week was 2.90. The website states that this updates the unit for use on a Mac but often other unstated improvements are incorporated in firmware releases.

I don't know if it will work on the Toyota units because 2.90 would not but you might try. If it does there are a lot of people that would be very happy.

Edit: BTW, This update is only available by using the web updater.

Sorry Man. I was hopefull this would help you out. Hack time. If you do decide to hack it, I have 2.90 which is no longer on the website since 3.00 is only available through the web updater.
