No, the vents still work great. The only thing it really blocks is the clock, so I normally look at my GPS clock when I'm driving.

Nice...I can't decide if I want to get a normal head unit and Infinity Kappa speakers or a flip out touchscreen with Polk dB components

Are you going to get a double-din flip out or single-din flipout?

If you went with a single-din, a CB would be good in the other din. I have a scanner in mine since I vol for the fire co.

I would get single din flip out...but idk if I will get one or not...I really like Alpines new headunit made just for the ipod with the little screen on the right.

i would honestly go with a double din unit if you want a screen. it looks a lot more stock and isnt so much eye candy. go and play with both as well before you make a decision. i cant stand pushing on something that doesnt feel solid.
