Thanks everyone for responding. So far, it seems the location of choice is in the bumper by the tow hitch. My concern is that I don't have a tow hitch and makes it vulnerable in that location.

NDA431FJ, I like your flush mounth. How big of a hole did you have to drill and how far does that camera have to stick through. Can you give me a very close up picture of you bumper.

So now one put it by the license plate? Just curious how the view from their wold look like.

I mounted mine in the same locations as Sun Fusion Cruiser, but I drilled a hole and mounted it from behind. It turned out very clean.

The hole is 7/8" diameter which is bigger than the lens of the camera. I purposely made the hole bigger to put some insulation material around it and cover the uneven shape (not round but tapered) of the BEC106 . I used the cushion (Circle with hole) found on bulk DVD/CD container. The camera is a wide angle and it doesn't have to sticked out.
